加納COC是什么？怎么辦理？

加納COC是用于進口商清關的證書。也叫產品符合認證，全稱是CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY。

ITS可以辦理該證書，自2014年10月1日開始執(zhí)加納標準局Ghana Standards Authority (GSA)的GHANA CONFORMITY ASSESSMETN PROGRAM (G-CAP)裝船前檢驗即產品符合評定方案；

PROGRAM MANDATED BY Ghana Standards Authority (GSA)

執(zhí)行日期 IMPLEMENTATION DATE：
1st October 2014 (date of shipment)
Shipments performed as from 1st October 2014 will
have to present a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) for
Customs clearance
Shipments performed as from October 1st 2014 and
arriving without a CoC will be subject to a penalty.

注意： 管控產品如未辦理COC就出貨，那么到達目的港后可能會面臨罰金。請務必提前與立訊檢測和您的進口商確認清楚。

To assess that all regulated imported products do

Standards and Technical Regulations


流程 VERIFICATION PROCESS
出口商需提供如下資料Exporter submits to ITS the following documents:
? IDF copy
? Request for Certification
? PROFORMA Invoice
? Conformity Documents (test reports， quality
management certificates， analysis reports，
etc…)
? Commercial (final) invoice
? Transport Document (BL， AWB...etc)
To obtain evidence that all requirements are met in the
applicable standards or technical requirements

上述文件審核通過后，ITS會安排檢驗員驗貨。均合格后，ITS會簽發(fā)COC證書。

加納COC的收費方式是按照FOB貨值算的
