固定式礦車的介紹

固定式礦車是指礦山中輸送煤、礦石和廢石等散狀物料的窄軌鐵路搬運(yùn)車輛，一般須用機(jī)車或絞車牽引。并且它也常常應(yīng)用在其它非金屬礦石、橋梁，鐵道工程、輸導(dǎo)掘進(jìn)等建筑運(yùn)輸工程中，用來(lái)運(yùn)輸砂土、石子等材料。是一種短距離運(yùn)輸設(shè)備。固定式系列礦車的結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，而且本身堅(jiān)固耐用，它的阻力系數(shù)小、承載能力大、維修方便，具有多項(xiàng)優(yōu)點(diǎn)，礦車卸載時(shí)是使用翻車機(jī)將整個(gè)車體翻轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)來(lái)。

固定式礦車車箱與車架固定聯(lián)接，須用翻車機(jī)將礦車翻轉(zhuǎn)卸載。其基本組成為車箱、車架、緩沖器、聯(lián)接器和行走機(jī)構(gòu)。車架為一金屬結(jié)構(gòu)，能承受牽引力、制動(dòng)力、礦車之間的碰撞力和鋼軌沖擊力緩沖器裝在車架兩端，用以緩和兩車之間的沖擊力。聯(lián)接器是聯(lián)接機(jī)車和礦車的部件，常用的有插銷鏈環(huán)和回轉(zhuǎn)鏈，大型礦車采用兼具緩沖器作用的自動(dòng)車鉤。行走機(jī)構(gòu)是由4個(gè)車輪和2根軸組成的兩個(gè)輪對(duì)。礦車和物料的總和超過(guò)20噸時(shí)，一般應(yīng)增加輪對(duì)數(shù)目。對(duì)多于兩個(gè)輪對(duì)的礦車，為便于通過(guò)彎道將兩個(gè)輪對(duì)組成一個(gè)有轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)的小車，這種小車稱為轉(zhuǎn)向架。

固定式礦車維修與保養(yǎng)
Stationarycarrepairandmaintenance
為保證固定式礦車的正常行駛和延長(zhǎng)使用壽命，需要每天檢查，每月維修，必須保證車輪無(wú)卡滯及不轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。
應(yīng)按照輪對(duì)的日常維護(hù)要求定期填加潤(rùn)滑油，保證良好的潤(rùn)滑，定期清除煤泥，及其它附屬物，保證足夠的容量；檢查防脫插銷是否有彎曲、裂紋等缺陷；檢查緊固件上的螺栓是否松動(dòng)等，防止發(fā)生意外。
此外還要隨時(shí)更換易損壞零配件。
